At Lavyam, every product is carefully curated and packed with attention to detail. However, in case of any issues, we offer a structured return and refund process as outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

A clear unboxing video and product images are provided as proof
Returns will not be accepted for:

Size issues or change of mind

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

Products that have been used, washed, or altered
2. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share your order details, issue description, and proof (images/video)

Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the process
3. Refund Policy

For prepaid orders: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection

For COD orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit only
4. Store Credit Terms

Store credit can be used for future purchases on Lavyam

It will be issued once the returned product passes quality inspection

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash
5. Non-Acceptance of Delivery (COD Orders)

If a COD order is refused or not accepted at delivery, the 20% advance payment will not be refunded

The amount will be issued as store credit for future use
6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable for damaged or incorrect products, subject to availability

If the requested product is unavailable, store credit will be provided
7. Important Notes

All products go through quality checks before dispatch

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted

Lavyam reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions
