Cash on Delivery (COD) with applicable terms

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

A 20% advance payment is required to confirm COD orders
The remaining 80% must be paid at delivery via Cash or UPI
COD orders will not be processed without advance payment

If a COD order is refused or cancelled after dispatch:

The advance amount will be issued as store credit
No refund will be made to the original payment method

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered as per our Shipping Policy
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors
Lavyam is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

7. Returns & Exchanges
