At Lavyam, we ensure that every order is carefully packed and delivered with the highest level of care and efficiency.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time across India: 4–7 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external factors such as weather or courier delays


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location

  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders, promotions, or minimum purchase values


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email to monitor your delivery.


5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer COD with a partial advance payment to ensure genuine orders:

  • A 20% advance payment is required to confirm all COD orders

  • The remaining 80% must be paid at delivery via Cash or UPI

  • COD orders are processed only after the advance payment is received


7. COD Cancellation & Store Credit Policy

  • If a COD order is cancelled after shipping or not accepted at delivery, the 20% advance will not be refunded to the original payment method

  • The amount will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases with Lavyam


8. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Logistics issues

  • Remote location deliveries

We appreciate your understanding in such situations.


9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate.
Lavyam will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
Re-shipping charges may apply in case of failed delivery attempts.


10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

All products are packed with utmost care.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos for verification.
